About the role As a SEN Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupil's achievement and ability to develop. This is a great opportunity for a Teacher with SEMH experience who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time developing creative learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. Experience of working in the independent SEMH sector and with pupils with SEN would be an advantage. This role will be based at our Cotswold Lodge site working with a small group of pupils.
