You'll be the one accountable for running day to day operations on the floor, supporting your functions with their learning and development needs. Your Mission Stock control, ensure that stock pots are within SLA and investigation completed for anything aged Roll call, Planning and capability. Deliver Shift Briefs updating colleagues on Health and Safety, Volumes, Site updates, deployments. Attendance management, Conduct RTW's, Payroll updates.
