SEMH Learning Support Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of students in a KS3 / KS4 with additional needs, including SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) and Challenging Behaviours.
You will work closely with the classroom teacher and fellow TA's to ensure the students gain the support they need to succeed.
The candidate would need to be a qualified accountant with experience of preparing the statement of accounts and strong ICT skills (ie Excel, SQL, Power BI) .
The role will also involve developing accounting practices, such as the consolidation of separate ledgers.
The candidate will work alongside existing Senior Closing Accountant to clear the back log of audit queries and develop reports for our new finance system to aid closing down 2024/25.
Using a provided scenario you will interact with retail staff, to gage their understanding of the brand and their advocacy.Based on your findings, you'll also be responsible for addressing any knowledge gaps to help enhance the in-store brand experience.
In this dynamic role, you will immerse yourself in the retail environment, visiting assigned stores to assess brand advocacy, product knowledge, and the customer experience.
