The Education Network is currently looking to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partnership schools based in the Walbottle area.
The successful applicant will need to understand the national curriculum and be able to deliver this to the highest level possible.
The role will be long-term term initially starting on supply with the opportunity to be employed directly by the school for the right candidate.
Level 3 KS1 Teaching Assistant (Supply) Role Overview
As a Level 3 KS2 Teaching Assistant on supply you may have a range of roles, from providing essential support to pupils with complex Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH) to supporting 1:1 with a child with learning oneeds or physical disabilities to general calssroom support within Reading, Writing and Maths lessons.
You'll play a crucial part in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for young learners across a range of schools as required.
Your role would involve working closely with teaching and senior staff to implement agreed work programs both within and outside the classroom.
