As part of this role, you will be providing support and legal advice on a variety of product offerings, ensuring risk is managed. I am looking to speak with experienced UK qualified solicitors who have gained SME knowledge within business banking regulations, or perhaps those with exposure within retail banking. As this client enter a period of transformation, you will be responsible for advising the business and leading on negotiations with third party partners. Key duties will include; Supporting the business on legal advice on a variety of product propositions Meeting and building relationships with third party partners and leading negotiations Ensuring FCA's rules are implemented across a large range of consumer products Guiding and providing legal advice to the wider business within set timescales Providing advice on regulatory risks Escalation of legal and regulatory risks Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to influence others, ensuring a fair outcome in line with regulatory guidelines.
