This includes performing senior administrative duties, client research, report construction and client contact ensuring the highest possible standard of client service, working closely with Financial Planners and Administrators, to support the client advisory process, playing a key role in the business. Duties and Responsibilities: Your duties will include but not be limited to: Identify and obtain information necessary to compile clients recommendation / cash flow forecast. Compile draft net worth statement; income and expenditure statements and financial cash flow forecast Carry out technical calculations. Undertake research both independently and with the Financial Planners to identify suitable solutions to meet the client's needs. Produce clear, technically accurate, compliant and concise Financial Plans and Suitability Reports as per Advice Process. Undertake necessary research and analysis including fund analysis, product comparison, product analysis, fund research, charges analysis. Follow the advice process for new and existing clients, record, monitor and report on progress. Ensure that potential service delivery failures are brought to attention of Directors. Deliver an efficient and valuable service by operating in a timely fashion and offering constructive ideas and feedback. Check files are fully compliant. To build a strong working relationship with the Advisers in order to provide exceptional support in the delivery of their business strategy. To provide consistent, effective communication allowing clients to have confidence that their instructions and requests are understood. To drive your own Continual Professional Development by seeking opportunities to upskill in areas that you have gaps in knowledge and work collaboratively with other team members to cross skill. Liaising with Directors on a regular basis, to be agreed, to update, maintain and review work in progress and task lists. Compile meeting preparation packs and attend meetings when required. The Ideal Employee: Minimum 3 years paraplanning experience. Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning - DipPFS or equivalent, potentially working towards Chartered. You will have a working knowledge of core financial products including pensions, ISAs, Investment Accounts, Bonds, Venture Capital Trusts, Enterprise Investment Schemes and all forms of protection. To be aware of all relevant FCA regulations and guidelines relating to financial services including MiFID II, GDPR & PRIIPS. To be efficient, diligent, and disciplined in all tasks undertaken. Must be a great team player and be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues. High attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and proficiency in investment research tools and analysis. Experience of cash-flow planning tools. Excellent organisation, communication, and numeracy skills both written and oral. The ability to work accurately under pressure of tight deadlines. The ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure. The ability to work from your own initiative. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. To have a forward-looking, can-do attitude when dealing with client instructions. You will have the required skills in Adobe, Word, Excel and Outlook, alongside other system specific knowledge, to create all necessary documentation, templates and reports to brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities Offer support and instruction to our Young People (YP) of differing age groups, needs and ability. When aquatic sessions are unable to take place, work alongside Education Assistants and lead a suitable physical activity as an alternative. Be aware of the health and medical needs of the YP, following necessary training, with all interventions required to care for the pupils in a holistic manner to maintain their everyday health care needs. Assisting the Young Person (YP) to get ready for swimming. Assisting the Young Person (YP) to shower after their session and to support them to get changed and prepared for their next class at School or back home. Be aware of the manual handling risk assessments for YP, ensuring all volunteers, poolside staff and Education Assistants are aware of individual pupils needs. Liaise with nursing staff about the individual health needs of pupils. Ensure daily poolside safety controls, in accordance with Pool Safety Operating Procedures. Follow all other health and safety protocols that you can find in the job description daily, to ensure the safety of the young people and colleagues using the facilities. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience within a care setting or working with people with disabilities or complex needs Must be a strong swimmer and have the appropriate level of fitness required to maintain the National Pool Lifeguard Jump/dive into deep water Swim 50 metres in less than 60 seconds Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water Tread water for 30 seconds Surface dive to the floor of the pool Climb out unaided without ladder/steps and where the pool design permits Has a Nation Pool Lifeguard Qualification or willing to work towards one. Good awareness of Health and Safety responsibilities. Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative when required.
