This role is varied and will require someone with strong administration skills and a background in bookkeeping or accountancy. The right candidate will have strong MS Office experience and will have a willingness to learn new systems and processes however training will be provided. The Role: Dealing with daily postings and bank reconciliations Dealing with entering, allocating, reconciling supplier invoices and payments Dealing with Credit control for the business by phone or email Processing of all supplier invoicing as well as reconciliation of supplier statements Dealing with all petty cash transactions ensuring all cash is accounted for Performing ad hoc data entry tasks when required The Person Must have previous background in accounts and be able to demonstrate the above responsibilities Strong communication skills both internally and externally Ability to prioritise tasks accordingly Enthusiastic mindset and highly motivated Proficient with MS Office This is an exciting role for the right person and you would be working for an exciting business.
