As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of the Software Asset Management capability. Job Title: Software License Administrator Job Type: Fixed Term Contract (9 months) Salary: £35,000 Working Hours: 2 days on site, 3 days remote Key Responsibilities: Generate and analyse license compliance reports to ensure adherence to licensing agreements. Investigate and address any anomalies in license compliance, collaborating with key IT leaders for resolution. Assist in the identification and recovery of unused licenses, optimising license usage across the company. Procure new licenses as necessary, working closely with vendors and stakeholders. Provide support to the service desk team and other departments regarding software license requests. Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology, particularly software licensing models. Utilise Microsoft 365 applications including Office, Teams, and SharePoint effectively. Work independently, demonstrating initiative, while also fostering effective collaboration within the team. Utilise Software Asset Management platforms, with familiarity with Snow License Manager considered a plus. Personal Specification: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret compliance reports. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and resolve compliance issues. Proven experience in software license administration or related roles. Familiarity with standard business functions and working within a Software Asset Management function is advantageous. Proficiency in using key business support systems. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of initiative and accountability. Pay Rate and Hours: £12hr PAYE Monday - Friday: 6am - 2pm/10am - 6pm (weekly rotating shift) 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Your job will be to order pick using a hand held device.
