My client are seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst (1st Line & some 2nd Line) to join them on a contract basis
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential
You should have previously worked in a similar role and have a broad experience in IT Support covering troubleshooting of Windows / Office 365 / Teams / Active Directory / MS Exchange etc
