We're looking for a confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to be based our Norwich office and to carry out neighbourhood management of properties in the local regions.
What you'll be doing
You'll assist centrally based teams by completing customer visits, viewing and sign-up appointments, and identifying and investigating tenancy breaches and reports of anti-social behaviour.
Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for someone with good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.?
As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll have excellent communication skills, and capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents so they can enjoy their homes and the wider facilities provided.?
You'll be required to manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.?
