This role requires strong communication, organisational & Microsoft Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the one-time creditors account, processing intercompany invoices, and overseeing the consolidated overhead accounts.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Middle Office Clerk to join our finance team.
Fixed term contract: 18-24 months Closing date: Thursday 15th August 2024
Your Responsibilities
Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, working cross functionally, across various functions and third-party suppliers.
You'll monitor, manage, and coordinate the operational delivery of our online customer offer, being involved in everything from troubleshooting website issues and managing online fraud risk, to analysing data to gain insight into how we can make the service better.
Duration of contract: Searching for two Cellar Assistants to join us on a fixed term basis between the below Christmas periods: As soon as possible - 24th December 2024 & 1st November 2024 - 31st December 2024.
