The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the transformation and profitable operation of an integrated facilities management service contract.
Primarily responsible for an allocated cluster of customer sites and based at one, you will be responsible for the consistent, safe, and profitable service delivery of all IFM services to those sites and providing mutual support to business managers in other clusters / regions / contracts as needed.

Main purpose of position
Responsible to the Service Director (HR) & Monitoring Officer for the provision of high-quality human resources advice to Corporate Directors, Service Directors, other managers, elected members and external stakeholders, supporting and empowering them to deliver the best possible service to the people of Luton.
The HR Manager will also support the business in creating and delivering an HR strategy in line with business needs, with a clear focus on the Employee Lifecycle and maximising wellbeing.
Based on site in Barnsley 5 days a week, the HR Manager will focus on day-to-day generalist HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, policy compliance, and HR administration.
