The ideal Business Development Manager will
Have a minimum of 5 years business to business sales experience or sales within an organisation and influencing at board level.
Drive and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims and role targets.
General
Increasing business by the promotion and development of new business streams and selling our services; advising customers on the most suitable payroll solutions that meet theirs, and the needs of their operatives, whilst upselling and cross-selling the group's products and services, as appropriate.
To meet or exceed sales targets and activity by bringing in new business deals extensively through telephone and email communication; with client visits as required.
This job would ideally suit someone with a numerical degree who is looking for their second role in a revenue management function, ideally within the travel industry.
