The role: Business Development Executive Location: Manchester, Hybrid - 3 days in the office & 2 days at home Contract: Full time, 37.5 hrs per week Package: competitive base salary with an uncapped commission and incentive-based rewards Job purpose: You will join QA as a Sales Executive; your focus will be to further grow your account base by prospecting for new business using sales techniques provided and gained from our in-house sales academy and on the job coaching. About you: If you have experience working in B2B sales ideally in Public sector and a consultative sales function, enjoy building new relationships, providing solutions, and working to tight deadlines then this could be the role for you. Salary 25 to 26K This role is about business-to-business contact and offering professional services to new and existing clients. If you have worked for apprenticeship providers, membership organisations or training providers, this would be beneficial. Reporting to the training arm of this organisation, you will be part of the sales consultancy team. Working closely with a large network of external organisations, you will be tasked to network and develop business via various platforms, such as business development, building relationships, networking and attending events-along with following up on leads and engaging new and old clients. As a sales consultant, your communication skills will be 1st class and you will be someone who is comfortable in dealing with corporate clients about your offering. With your clients at the forefront, you will actively engage with your managers to set out plans, goals and personal targets. You will be an excellent communicator and able to communicate at all levels. This is a diverse and busy role which would suit a candidate who is flexible, able to hit the ground running and equally, someone who will pitch in when required during peak times to support team members.Excellent IT skills are required as you will be providing slick administrative support across the department.
