My client, a membership organisation is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager.
The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service to their members, learners and prospective applicants for individual, course and consultancy accreditation.

We deliver exceptional support to people diagnosed with a learning or physical disability, acquired brain injury, autism or a mental illness.
Domus Recruitment are working with a leading charity based in Warwickshire, who is actively seeking a new Service Manager, to oversee two small residential services, that supports adults with Learning Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of Learning Disabilities and CQC guidelines.
Role overview
Supervise, mentor, and act as a positive leader to Team Leaders and Support Workers to ensure effective and efficient person-centred service delivery to all people who use the service.
The main purpose of this role is to manage and coach the team and support in all areas.
It is expected that the role will consist mainly of management and not delivery of IT support although you will need to be able to get involved where necessary.
This is a varied and demanding role working for a large organisation in which you will be working alongside all levels of stakeholders and managing a team of 30.
Due to the nature and management responsibilities of the role, the job holder is expected to work flexibly to ensure the needs of the business are met.

Full-time 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break, cover where required on a Saturday morning, time off in lieu.
