We are looking to recruit a Service Manager within our Supported Living Services based in Nuneaton.As the Service Manager you will be responsible for providing clear and structured day to day leadership, and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered.
We deliver exceptional support to people diagnosed with a learning or physical disability, acquired brain injury, autism or a mental illness.
To enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required by completing initial training in the workshop reconditioning wheelchair equipment to gain essential product knowledge.
Due to the nature and management responsibilities of the role, the job holder is expected to work flexibly to ensure the needs of the business are met.
