Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with a well-established and successful Norwich based Telecoms and IT Management company, in their search for an Internal Account Manager. The role will involve aspects of customer service/account management with an additional focus on lead generation and offers OTE earnings of 40k and uncapped commission The successful candidate doesn't need to have an IT background or experience, however the drive and motivation to succeed and adapt accordingly are essential along with the ability to work towards targets. Working within the Norwich based office and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will focus on managing a portfolio of clients and deliver workable, bespoke solutions from a wide range of product offerings. Being the main point of contact and ensuring clients needs are and met and addressing any problems or queries with professionalism and excellent level of service. Role Responsibilities: 1st Line contact/escalation for the Sales Teams Support customers with changes within the industry Process leads from various sources and ensure they are responded to in a timely and accurate manner Provide lead opportunities to the field teams where appropriate and assist in booking appointments Liaise with the operational teams to ensure that customers are updated on order progress Provide account management support from telephony enquiries Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Person Specification: Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and a passion for building relationships Booking meetings and appointments on behalf of the Sales Team Contributing to the team performance by sharing with your manager 'best practice ideas' Developing knowledge of the full range of solutions offered There positions are offered on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday - Friday with a basic salary of £24,000 and OTE £40,000 (UNCAPPED Commission). Provide commercial insight and liaise successfully with Product Management to provide valuable input on client strategies and Product Roadmaps. Ensure Client Satisfaction and continuous improvement in NPS Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers, both within Strategic clients and wider client base Deliver assigned revenue targets Carry out regular proactive reviews with the key strategic clients Overall Responsibility, within assigned Clients, for: Commercial Engagement Pipeline and revenue growth, including cross product sales, closing existing white spaces Contract retention and renewal Identifying and defining new service propositions o Account Governance, including Support Drafting SOW and Contract's for all Clients Developing and managing strong, symbiotic relationships between Verisk Claims UK, Product Heads, their teams and our Clients
