Training System & Excel Analyst Hybrid - Nottingham 2 days per week 6 week contract We are working with a leading Property Services Contractor, who are seeking a Systems Analyst to join their Training Team to support in the implementation of their new Learning Management System. Objective Ensure all training data records including certificates are saved in the correct format, uploaded to the new learning management system and the data reconciled. Main Tasks Running through excel data, finding and saving certificates in folders Within the large excel data, information will need to be amended using different formula. Once data has been cleansed and uploaded to the new system, it will need to be reconciled, so there will be formula to use to check data has been uploaded correctly Skills Required Able to work independently Excellent MS office skills especially in excel Comfortable with using excel formulas including 'v-look up' High attention to detail Self-motivated We need someone who is experienced in excel, and can motivate themselves to go through the long list of data as it will be the same work, day in and day out.
