Full time hours on a temporary basis
Liaise with the call centre in connection with service complaints and /or enquiries.
To provide both an administrative and financial frontline service, by managing databases, undertaking a range of tasks in relation to the efficient and effective operation of the finance functions, and providing statistical reports.
Joining the growing customer facing team as a Customer Support Administrator, you will work closely with the wider client management team to ensure client queries, issues and difficulties are logged, investigated and resolved promptly.
