Our Spalding site has a restaurant with hot food available to all our colleagues. What you'll be doing We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Spalding site! In this role you will oversee our supply chain function, providing leadership and direction across the business to ensure our team are safe, engaged and developed to their full potential! Implement the agreed supply chain strategy to achieve budgeted business performance and build the functional capability to deliver business strategic objectives Identify new/emerging legal or customer led audit requirements and develop plans to achieve compliance, securing funds if necessary to build systems and processes to maximise adherence to policy Ensure forecasting, planning, material requisitions, stock control, warehousing, and distribution processes are in place at all locations to ensure customer service expectations are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner Oversee the deployment of the Sales and Operating planning process to ensure sufficient production capacity, stocks or finished goods and raw materials, and labour are in place to meet customer orders at the best optimum cost Act as the Supply Chain lead in cross functional/customer projects to ensure that all developments include collaborative working which results in successful new implementations and ongoing service improvement What we're looking for At Greencore we put our people at the core. IFA Administrator Exciting opportunity for a Financial Administrator to join one of UK's leading Wealth Management and Financial Advisory specialists based in Spalding area. We are looking to speak with applicant who can demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm along with willingness to contribute to this outstanding business. Main Responsibilities for the successful IFA Administrator: Comply with FCA regulation, Data Protection and Anti Money Laundering legislation. Prepare documentation for meetings, set up client records and gather existing plan information. Accurately maintain all client records with any activity undertaken. Action changes to clients' policies as instructed from fund switches, withdrawals to income payments. Prepare application forms for different plan types (from the investment including IHT plans and offshore products to life income protection and relevant pension covers including SIPPs and SSASs) with 20 different providers with varying requirements and processes. Process completed applications including trust documents and monitor progress via regular chase-ups through to successful completion. Update business trackers and actively maintain the client record with notes regarding all activity undertaken. Check adviser meeting notes and provider correspondence and use experience and knowledge to correctly identify all action required and set up accurate work tasks. Attend and contribute to Team and staff meetings. Take responsibility for managing own workload and proactive problem solving. Undertake personal training to maintain and develop knowledge and communicate to rest of team. About the successful IFA Administrator: One to two years' minimum experience of working in financial services Knowledge of the Financial industry related products/ back-office systems (Intelligent Office, iPipeline preferred) Excellent Communication and Costumer service skills Ability to work well under pressure Experience working large client base and different providers Experience in actively managing and monitoring a rolling caseload of 30 to 40 client applications and servicing requests.
