This exciting team leadership role will see you managing a business support team within a leading financial services organisation.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, implementing new systems to enhance efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The Finance Support Manager will take charge of an integral business unit to co-ordinate the service delivery of the support functions namely Finance, Business Administration and Estates, ensuring they are balanced and in alignment with the overall aims and objectives.

Key tasks
- Deliver an effective Business Administration Function with supervisory responsibility for the Business Support Officers.
As Business Support coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
You will be responsible for carrying out the coordination, administration, and delivery of tasks that support our business, including, but not limited to, meetings, purchasing, reporting, on-boarding new starters and other administrative tasks.
As part of this role, you will undertake an ICT Apprenticeship.
You will be responsible for the management and monitoring of reactive, remedial and PPM jobs logged against high risk concession contract KPIs and SLAs whilst managing a team of 4 within the FM Helpdesk team.
Our client work with both private clients and a PFI portfolio so candidates with understanding of PFI contracts, would be very well received.
The PFI portfolio is worth circa £20m pa and the private division has circa £10m of contracts and is the existing growth area of the business with new contracts constantly being mobilised.
