I am currently recruiting for a Resource/Support Officer on behalf of my client, a leading public sector organisation based in Huddersfield (HD1)
You will provide support to a Community Team Social Worker, including accompanying them to visits and meetings with service users, where there may be issues to deal with which are sensitive and of potential conflict.
Duties of the Resource/Support Officer will include
Accompany the Social Worker to meetings and visits with service users and/or their carers, often away from the workplace and in the service users homes.
They're looking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor to assist with a number of service channels.
In order to keep up with their ever-increasing volume of orders whilst providing top level service for our loyal customer base, they're keen to expand the customer service team.
We are currently partnered with a stylish and slick new retail brand as they look for a brand-new Customer Service Advisor.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, resilient team player who is highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively with both customers, suppliers, and other members of my client's team.
We are now looking to expand our team with a customer service background to join our Aftersales Department.
