This will include greeting and assisting visitors, handling enquiries via phone, email and face to face, providing information about college services, courses and events. You will also be supporting with student enrolment, registration processing, resolving complaints & issues efficiently, maintaining a welcoming environment and collaborating with other college departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for everyone interacting with COPC.
