Key Responsibilities
Weekly and monthly checks of payroll for accuracy including investigations into scheduling hours, pay rates and charge rates.
Follow the set processes and procedures to validate revenue and costs in a timely manner for a number of key contracts.
A Business Support Officer is required to support Safeguarding Children's Services with the organising of meetings, including the invitations, collation of reports, data inputting and the attendance at meetings to take minutes directly onto a laptop to a high standard.
Updating all systems with outcomes.
A degree of emotional resilience is required as emotive, highly confidential and sensitive information is a key part of the role.
Due to business growth our client is keen to bring in some long term temporary admin support, this role is immediately available to start in and is avaialble for 6 months or more ( this role could become permanent subject to the discretion of the business but is initially a temporary role and therefore we ask that applicants are available to start work with immediate effect and not be on notice.)
