Job Purpose
To protect and save life, property and the environment by assisting in the provision of a high quality comprehensive and pro-active service to the client by providing Occupational Health (OH) administrative support and co-ordinating the activity of the Occupational Health Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure correct receipt, processing and storage of confidential medical information.
To maintain, record, store and supply information in accordance with client and legislative policy.
Using the organisations chosen e-workforce systems the role will support the provision of accurate and timely analysis, interpretation and presentation of high-quality workforce information from the organisations people systems.
Systems currently used, but not limited to: ESR, Access, OLM, EASY pay, Trac and e-rostering.
