This is a full-time permanent post and offers hybrid working spending 2 days based in our Oldham office and the remaining 3 days working remotely.

Exciting opportunity for an IT support Analyst / Service Administrator to work onsite in Yeadon / Leeds Bradford for our leading client.
The post holder will monitor and maintain the computer systems of the organisation, install and configure software/hardware, diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults and manage company accounts with specific suppliers.
This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining a resilient IT infrastructure, delivering quality technical support, and ensuring the seamless alignment of IT services with organizational goals.
Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst and working closely with Business Transformation team and our Project Managers, you will act as a bridge between the business and IT delivery partner, getting involved in diverse range of change initiatives across the wider business.
Your role will primarily be to help identify change needs in respect of allocated projects, and assess the impact of those changes by capturing, analysing, and documenting As Is / To Be models, functional and non-functional requirements and testing requirements.
