Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to support two change portfolios, on a 6-month Hybrid contract. About the Role: The client is moving processes from multiple systems to a new building management platform, to support this the Business Analyst is required to: Identify stakeholders and establish a working group. Design and run workshops with multiple estates teams to understand current processes and requirements. Document findings and requirements. Assess the feasibility of implementing the processes in the new platform. Process modelling of the current and future states. Support testing of the updated processes in the new platform. Design an appropriate support model for the new processes. Support a technically focused Agile Project Team who support and develop Research Output related systems: Requirements gathering. Data mapping / analysis. Working with Solutions Architect to develop High Level Designs etc. About You: The successful Business Analyst will have experience / knowledge in the following areas: Stakeholder management Process implementation / mapping / modelling Data mapping / analysis Technical solution design Ideally experience working in higher education or facilities management Attention to detail If you believe you would be a good fit for this role, please apply with your most up to date CV and any relevant experience included.
