Job Description To create opportunities within the existing customer base or by developing relationships with new prospects. To manage opportunities from qualification to proposal and close. This engagement will be via the phone as well as virtual meetings and site visits where appropriate. The overall responsibility of the role is to learn more about each client's business in a consultative manner so you can recommend the right solution. It is vitally important that the margin, revenue and gross profit from any new or extended contracts sold to the clients via this process is increased, this is to be achieved through thoughtful management and usage of supplier costs and tariffs. Main Duties Increase the number of services and products we currently supply and manage for the existing client base. Get referrals from the current client base to win new clients. Become the main point of contact for all sales business by developing a position of trust and confidence. Manage the CRM element of the client engagement, building and reporting on the sales pipeline. Report on the successes and results of the engagement to the Managing Director on a weekly basis. Build a 'pipeline' for success Update the data held within both the billing and CRM systems regarding the current contact and communication preference details for each client. Become the 'Product Champion' for new services extending the sales portfolio. Keep up to date with supplier terms and product offerings, using that knowledge as a prospecting tool with the client base. Daily engagement with the 'Technical Support Team' and 'Finance Team' in order to deliver the best technical service to the clients whilst measuring profitability by using commercial acumen. Use the company billing system to analyse client usage and highlight and reduce potential 'churn' impact. Work with referral networks such as BITA and become the go-to person for any opportunities arising from such engagements. Support the current 'Dealer' network where appropriate without doing all the work, on their behalf. Respond to new tenders that may come into the business, create the solution, and deliver the sales 'pitch' where required. The Ideal Candidate Highly experienced unified communications professional. A full understanding of all variations of broadband and leased lines ideally with an understanding of infrastructure requirements to provide such services. Experience of working with VoIP Telephony understanding functions, features, additional services and integrations. Experience in mobile telephony is an advantage. Somebody the company has confidence in to represent the business internally and externally. Self-motivated individual possessing confidence but also good empathy skills. They are looking for an SAP Authorisation Analyst with experience in S/4HANA and Fiori. The role is based in Runcorn with fully on-site working - 5 days on-site. Description Support users with authorisation requirements: maintain accounts, build new/change existing roles and manage overall SAP user population/licenses Work to improve segregation of duties within user authorisations to be in-line with the external General IT Controls audit which is a precursor to the annual Financial audit process Take the lead for Authorisations in project/improvement work, coordinating with Functional SAP Analysts and Business Users, through all phases of development and testing to deliver robust solutions Carry out activities as part of the master data team: Configuration changes to organisational objects, control processes for creation/change of master data In the future prepare for single-ERP S4/HANA migration in terms of approach/strategy for Authorisations. Profile Educated to degree level or equivalent technical qualification Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP authorisations area, ideally including S/4HANA & Fiori Strong understanding of key organisational objects / master data and how they interact with the various functions within SAP. Experience in S/4HANA would be highly beneficial Team player who is results orientated, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and also with colleagues dispersed geographically Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills.
