This role involves a broad range of physical and digital marketing activities, supporting the company's commitment to excellence in design, manufacture, and customer service. Please read on for further details: Day-to-day of the role: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Collaborate with media vendors and publishers for promotional activities. Enhance the awareness of the Group brands and develop customer relationships. Identify suitable publications for promotion, manage bookings, and ensure content aligns with company brand. Write and proofread editorial copy for online and print campaigns. Create and publish case studies. Organise promotional shoots with external photographers and videographers. Produce in-house rich media content, including images, videos, and blog posts. Manage social media channels to boost audience engagement. Monitor marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other metrics, and report on results. Maintain and distribute printed marketing materials. Identify and book exhibitions/trade shows, ensuring brand consistency. Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems. Participate in brainstorming and strategy planning sessions. Manage budget tracking and KPI reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of both physical and digital marketing strategies. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in writing and proofreading editorial content. Experience with social media management and content creation. Ability to analyse campaign performance and produce reports. Knowledge of CRM systems and database management. Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
