Reed Accountancy are delighted to be supporting a Thatcham-based client within the heavy industry sector in their current temporary requirement for a Credit Controller. Due to volume, the successful candidate needs to be an experienced Credit Controller who can hit the ground running in this temporary contract. This temporary contract commences Monday 10th June and will last for a minimum 4-6 weeks. Day-to-day of the role: Proactively chasing payments from customers via telephone and email Checking incoming payments and ensuring they are accurately recorded Reconciling the sales ledger to maintain accurate financial records Addressing and resolving any discrepancies or queries related to payment Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment Required Skills: Previous and recent credit control experience (ideally minimum 3 years) Excellent communication, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills Proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are an experienced Credit Controller who is immediately available for a new temporary contract, click apply and submit your CV.
