Our client is a market leader in Marketing & Printing and following a significant business expansion is now recruiting to strengthen their Client Services team and looking for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be working with client briefs, updating literature, working with internal production departments to ensure work is completed to agreed deadlines, as well as working closely with key areas within the business, including the studio, production and estimating teams, the role also consists of working with the Account Managers on adhoc campaigns. This will be a hybrid role, working from home, with once per week visits to the offices based near Wilmslow. Key responsibilities for the Account Executive will include: Deliver a professional service, potentially being the first point of contact for both the client and suppliers Full administrative support in raising and tracking job briefs, quotations and artwork Receive and process calls and queries from customers Liaise with the client customer services team Supporting the Account Manager/Account Director to successfully implement jobs and campaigns What we are looking for in the Account Executive: Working knowledge of a print production environment would be advantageous Previous experience of taking job briefs and managing client expectations Ability to multi task and simultaneously manage multiple jobs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Microsoft Office, numeracy skills and commercial awareness This is an exciting time to join our client and enjoy a career with the very best at what they do.
