Do you have experience in account management and new business development? We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our client, a leading provider of comprehensive education support services. This role includes a basic salary of up to £30,000, plus the opportunity to earn £38,000 - £45,000 OTE. This organisation has worked exclusively in the education sector since 2004, working closely with schools, academy trusts and colleges to deliver a broad range of high-quality services including HR and payroll management, finance management, MIS support, school governance, and premises management. Responsibilities Grow and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders Conduct regular review sessions with client portfolio to review service provision and establish other sales opportunities Achieve monthly KPIs of clients contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed both from existing accounts and new business opportunities Targeted with achieving high client renewal rates and increasing revenue Identify new business opportunities Collaborate with colleagues to jointly deliver in the submission of Tenders, PQQ's and RFI's and termly marketing plans Generate and track sales leads and produce reports where necessary Represent the company at key events, functions, seminars and business meetings Skills and Experience Experience of working within the education sector in a similar role or experience of account management and sales activity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills linked to creating trusted relationships Good time management and organisational skills Experience of using a CRM system and reporting on pipeline and business closure Process design for full campaign implementation and reporting/tracking Understanding market segmentation and customer targeting Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends Benefits Generous annual leave allowance of 36 days (288 bank holidays) 1 for every year of service (up to a maximum of 5) Learning & development programme Flexible benefits package including healthcare scheme and ability to purchase additional annual leave.
