Have a minimum of 5 years business to business sales experience or sales within an organisation and influencing at board level.

Increasing business by the promotion and development of new business streams and selling our services; advising customers on the most suitable payroll solutions that meet theirs, and the needs of their operatives, whilst upselling and cross-selling the group's products and services, as appropriate.
To meet or exceed sales targets and activity by bringing in new business deals extensively through telephone and email communication; with client visits as required.
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategies, ensuring brand visibility, and contributing to the growth of their client base.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of successfully managing and coordinating marketing projects from inception to completion.
