You will encompass the full range of business partnering responsibilities including performance management, employee relations issues, policy & procedures, learning & development and organisational change whilst building effective relationships with business leaders, managers and key stakeholders. Day to Day of the role: Provide HR advisory services regarding absence, health issues, conduct, capability, organisational change, and a full range of employment and employee relations matters. Support and coach managers in employee relations. Investigate employee relations issues and recommend appropriate actions in consultation with the HR Manager. Champion the performance review process to foster a culture of high performance. Administer HR processes for new starters, leavers, and employee changes, ensuring HR Information Systems are current. Prepare HR-related correspondence, including contracts and letters, to support employment within the organisation. Collaborate with the HR Manager to establish recruitment requirements and participate in the recruitment process. Deliver comprehensive onboarding and induction programs, updating content as required. Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Provide accurate information to staff about insurances, retirement, and associated benefits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree level education or equivalent work experience, with at least 3 years in an autonomous HR BP role. Experience in an international, technically focused organisation is ideal. Results-focused with a hands-on approach. High level of confidentiality and trust. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Workday is advantageous. Self-motivated and resilient, able to work under pressure. Strong organisational skills, including planning and time management.
