Business Development - Hybrid - £to £50K base plus commission £70K OTE Our UK team is seeking a Business Developer to join us. This role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients while supporting our initiatives to enhance processes, drive retention rates, and boost revenue. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, and will play a crucial role in our sales organization. Responsibilities: Actively acquire new customers, both directly and indirectly. Maintain existing customer relationships by meeting their needs and building trust. Strategically develop and expand business relationships. Analyze customers to explore sales potential within the sales area. Collect and maintain data in the CRM system. Identify and develop customized solutions. Present compelling solutions to potential customers at the decision-making level. Create, calculate, and follow up on offers. Initiate, negotiate, and finalize contracts. Provide customer support during project execution in close cooperation with project managers. Requirements: Demonstrable experience in B2B account management. Proven track record of identifying customer needs and implementing long-term solutions. Strong record of customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate passionately, collaborate, and rally others. Experience in consultative selling, project sales, and solution sales based on customer needs. Experience in managing product, solution, and service projects. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Customer-oriented approach. Minimum qualifications: university degree, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, experience in the security or access control sector. Preferred Qualifications: Proven record of exceeding targets. Commercial mindset with experience working across multiple geographies. Delivery-oriented.
