The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record and a solid understanding of the construction procurement processes including tender submissions. This role is perfect for someone who is tenacious, inquisitive, and has a passion for building brand reputation and market share. Day to day duties: Track opportunities and projects using industry portals. Log and schedule enquiries on the tender log. Identify new and future opportunities to enhance business growth. Develop relationships with new clients to receive enquiries and be placed on tender lists. Assist with the management of marketing activities and social media presence. Contribute to the content and updates of the company website. Log and track enquiries to submission in coordination with the estimating team. Stay informed about industry developments and projects. Aim to achieve placement of the company on major client tender databases. Work in line with the company's management system, policies, and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven sales track record, preferably in the construction sector. Understanding of construction procurement processes. Confident and positive telephone manner. Good IT knowledge, including proficiency in relevant software. Marketing knowledge with experience in managing social media and online content. Inquisitive and tenacious approach to business development. Solid understanding of branding principles. Some construction industry-related experience is highly desirable.
