Reporting directly to and supporting the Financial Controller, the Accounts Administrator will support the finance team and will work closely with the Accounts Assistant to ensure the 2 monthly payroll data is collated accurately and processed on a timely basis.
We are currently supporting them in recruiting for a dedicated Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join their team based in Workington.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
To co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
