Business Analyst The Role: The primary role of the Business Analyst is to function as a bridge between business stakeholders and the Salesforce Team, working to improve business processes and promoting the efficient use of Salesforce. Experience in a SaaS business, Financial Services or Professional Services industry is desirable but not essential. Self-starting, can lead own work and build relationships across the business.
