We are currently looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our clients, a nationally recognised Estate Agency, who are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their busy team in the Stoke Newington area.
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service with the ability to hit targets.
This is an extremely fast-paced position with excellent earning potential and leads will be provided by the Estate Agency team.
The role involves a mixture of home and office-based working as needed.
We are looking for an Executive Support Officer to provide outstanding administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive.
This includes: extensive diary and inbox management; taking accurate meeting notes; acting as a key interface between the Chief Executive and internal and external stakeholders; managing a small team of Executive Support Assistants and working collaboratively with the wider Executive Support Team.
To be responsible for the processing of Development Management matters within an area based or function based team including responsibility for the handling of pre-application advice, planning applications, appeals and enforcement including negotiations with developers and other interested parties, securing financial and other community benefits through legal agreements.
