Our client is within the education industry and they are looking for 2 Business Administrators to join thier growing business in Skipton, North Yorkshire. They have been recently acquired by an American based company and from this they are growing their Professional Services team. Our client offers bespoke services to their clients within the education industry and offers state of the art technology to help with safteguarding and welfare for children. As a Business Administrator you will be required to support clients across the UK, with administrative and customer service tasks. Key Duties will be: Implementation of software bespoke to clients needs Liaising with sales staff to ensure correct information is processed Processing orders, checking information and setting up bespoke software Updating and maintaining customer databases using Salesforce and internal systems Managing the in-box and action correspondence Emailing and making telephone calls relating to the implementation and usage of the systems Any other tasks as required In return you will receive a salary of £22,300, hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00 - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00 - 5.00pm. Free parking. Salary increase by 5% in July. After probation period there is a chance to do hybrid working.
