Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Manager to lead the Programme & Performance team within Building Safety.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our homes and neighbourhoods are safe by overseeing inspection and compliance across six essential areas:.
General
You will support the strategic, operational, and financial management of building safety programmes, ensuring all statutory safety requirements are met.
Within this role you will be responsible for managing our multi million pound, High-Rise Fire & Building Safety projects.
This will include the extensive delivery of fire & building safety planned remediation and asset investment works; working in collaboration with our nominated consultant and operational delivery team.
