We are delighted to be working with an innovative and forward-thinking business in Oxford who are looking to recruit a Facilities Support Technician on a temporary contract for 12 weeks initially to providing maintenance service support to the department.
As a Facilities Support Technician, you will be working a 36.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday for initially 12 weeks with the potential to become permanent.
Your roles and responsibilities include
Carrying out maintenance schedules and meter readings.
A large housing association has an urgent need for a Building Surveyor
You will be working within the building compliance team, carrying out surveys for Statutory Compliance eg: Fire Safety, Decent Homes Standards, Asbestos.
Writing up reports, schedule of works and project managing the external contractors.
A client within the Public Sector based in the Northeast is currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.
The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.
Key purpose of the role is to assess and evaluate the condition of properties, conducting surveys, and identifying necessary repairs and maintenance work.
A client within the Public Sector based in the Northeast is currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join their team as soon as possible.
The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.
Key purpose of the role is to participate in the operation of the Building Control Section in a manner which takes account of all relevant legislation and agreed policies of the Council.
