We are currently recruiting for a number of Building Services Technicians based in Catcliffe.
Duties will include
Interact with the supervisory team on a day-to-day basis and assist in ensuring all work is carried out in an efficient, cost effective, transparent and safe manner to the highest achievable standard.
The scope of work includes repair, maintenance and improvements, this would include PPM (planned preventative maintenance) works, reactive maintenance works & small project works on a large public sector site.

Role Responsibilities
Undertaking general maintenance work within properties inc; window and door repairs, fire alarm activations & false alarms, reactive maintenance support, fault finding and rectifying, PPM planned inspections, support with PPM activities, rectifying or reporting any remedial work and any Health & Safety related calls).
What You'll Need To SucceedIn order to be successful, you will have previous experience in mechanical works within the building services industry in a supervisory capacity and hold an SSSTS (or SMSTS) qualification.
As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, organising and supervising all site activities, ensuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specifications, conducting site inspections, recording the progress of works as well as ensuring schemes are safely completed on time, within budget and to specified quality.
In addition, you will be able to liaise with key stakeholders and be a detail-orientated individual.
