I am hiring for a Building Maintenance Engineer to provide a building services support service at the main London Borough Hounslow Office
You will be working under the general direction of the Building Services Engineer to cover planned and preventative maintenance to ensure that LBH maintains and operates the fabric infrastructure and life safety systems of the building in a safe and reliable manner.
This is a full-time role (36 hours per week) working weekdays, although you may be asked to help in the evenings/weekends if necessary to cover absences and special events.
Working Monday to Friday, 7-4 & 8-5, the maintenance engineer will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on which is a newly awarded maintenance contract.
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team.

The role will involve working across 5/7 days a week including weekends (2 in 4).
Main Responsibilities for the Building Caretaker
To undertake daily checks of premises (to include lighting, heating, fire extinguishers etc) against a set checklist, reporting the findings to the Residence Manager.
