An experienced Building Surveyor is required to join a committed Property team in the Not for Profit and Charities sector, based in Liverpool. The candidate will manage surveying duties, ensuring building projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Client Details This is a medium-sized organisation, based in Liverpool, they are renowned for providing housing services that positively impact the community. Description Conducting detailed building surveys and reporting findings. Day to Day surveying, occasional Damp & Mould / Voids Planning and managing building projects from inception to completion. Collaborating with the Property team to achieve departmental objectives. Ensuring all work adheres to health and safety regulations. Liaising with contractors and supervising their work. Providing expert advice to stakeholders on building matters. Preparing cost estimates and maintaining project budgets. Resolving any building issues that may arise. Profile A proven track record in managing building projects. HNC / HND ideal Experience of Voids and Damp & Mould would be beneficial Excellent knowledge of building regulations and health and safety. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using relevant software for surveying and project management. Job Offer An annual salary of £37800 A supportive company culture that values teamwork and individual growth.
