Key Responsibilities as a Facilities Manager
Management of the facilities team and subcontractors to maintain site facilities and continually meet site operational KPIs including all general M&E systems.
Project Manager required to work on a variety of refurbishment projects including alterations and decoration works.
The projects will be focussed on refurbishment, major repairs, alterations, building safety works, as well as managing works to ensure we achieve our goal for ensuring we meet our carbon net-zero target.
