We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Block Manager on behalf of our award client.
The Block Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential, and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
The Property Manager is a crucial part of this Lettings team, responsible for ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties are maintained, contributing to the success and growth of the portfolio.

An exciting role has become available within our successful and growing Facilities Management team, to take the lead in coordinating / supporting our onsite Computer Aided Facilities Management Tool (CAFM) and help take us to the next level
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 2-3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
