Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for providing Site engineering expertise and delivering a value engineering strategy and design information to enable site start dates in line with the business plan.
The company build developments across the Lancashire region, properties range from 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, a mix of semi-detached, detached and bungalows that are finished with stone, brick and render.
Due to the onward development of one of our team members, we are looking for a well-rounded engineer to support the onward development of our innovative building performance measurement technologies ranging from supporting and improving existing products to development and testing of new solutions.

The role
A hands-on role, for a new team member, with experience across technical product development, which includes the application of mechanical design, electronics, embedded software, physics, maths, data science and the use of prototyping techniques such as building test rigs and 3D printing.
