Excellent opportunity to work for a company with 450 employees. You will be working with the wider IT team to support the ticketing process for 1st and 2nd line IT issues. You will also offer desk top support to the Southend staff. Our client is seeking a candidate with an excellent telephone manner and preferably some relevant IT experience or strong interest to work in this area. Your role: 1st & 2nd line IT support alongside a UK based team Desk setups, machine replacements, moves and changes Raising IT support tickets and ticket assignments Remote site support using industry standard tools Home worker remote support Local site support - Southend-on-Sea Travel to remote sites when required Provide monthly/weekly reports using standard tools to the IT team Provide monthly internal Business reports where required Carry out IT project work as assigned.
