Executive Assistant This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, proactive PA or EA to join this well-established, charitable organisation on a full-time permanent basis. This will be a varied and busy role, with potential for change, therefore, the successful candidate will be highly adaptable and eager to provide support as and when required. Executive Assistant Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant your main duties will include: Providing administrative support to the Heads of Department and then Deputy Warden Managing the diary and email inbox Contributing to team projects such as planning support International travel coordination Minuting for committee meetings Preparing presentations Executive Assistant Experience You will have significant experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting in a varied and busy role, working in a large team. The ideal candidate will be approachable, personable, and able to build strong working relationships across diverse teams.
